The services to be performed by the Offeror may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Playground Installation Options 1.1 Playground Surface Option 1: 1.1.1 Poured-in-Place (PIP) Playground Surface: Design and installation of PIP rubber play surface in a customized design with up to five (5) colors at two (2) existing Precinct 3 park locations, complete in place. 1.2 Playground Surface Option 2: 1.2.1 Rubber Tile Playground Surface: Design and installation of rubber tile play surface at two (2) parks in a customized design with up to five (5) colors at two (2) existing Precinct 3 park locations, complete in place. 1.3 Musical Equipment: 1.3.1 Installation of musical playground elements at two (2) existing Precinct 3 park locations, complete in place. Harris County reserves the right to award one (1) or more of the proposal options, individually or in combination, based on the best value to the County. 2.
