Site work for a water / sewer project in Cle Elum, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Rehabilitate approximately 1,620 linear feet of sanitary sewer collection pipeline, install a new sanitary sewer manhole including 160 linear feet of 6-inch piping, and make spot repairs necessary to properly maintain and operate the existing sewer mains, with an emphasis on reducing infiltration and inflow, and preserving system integrity. This contract has fifteen working days to complete the work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check for not less than 5% of the bid or proposal. Bids must be in writing on the form in the Specifications, sealed, and filed with the Clerk by the deadline. Disadvantaged business enterprises are to be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid, and the Contractor must ensure non-discrimination in employment.
