This Contract provides for the construction of a pre-engineered steel structure placed on a 5.0 acre site improvements, utility installation, grading, landscaping and other site work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Est. Value Notes: $1,800,000 to $2,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This Contract provides for the construction of a pre-engineered steel structure placed on a 5.0 acre site improvements, utility installation, grading, landscaping and other site work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Work site: 2021 Airport Road, Cle Elum, Washington, 98922. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 No oral clarification or interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents. Requests for clarifications shall be made in writing via mail to Kittitas County Public Works identified in at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date. Kittitas County may not respond to requests for clarifications that are received outside of this timeframe. Submit all inquiries in writing via mail or by phone 509-962-7542. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County.
