This Project Aims to Provide a Reliable and Efficient Cooling Solution While Minimizing Disruptions to Existing Building Operations, With the Period of Performance for This Project Scheduled for 6/15/2026-08/28/2026. Cle Elum-roslyn School District Requires That the New Hvac Controls Work With the Existing Finstack Software. The Cle Elum-roslyn Elementary and Middle School Currently is Served by a Hot Hydronic Water (Hhw) System Providing Hot Water to Ducted Fan Coils. Cle Elum-roslyn School District Aims to Introduce Cooling Capabilities While Retrofitting the Existing System Without Modifying the Duct Distribution. Meier Architecture and Engineering Proposes Installing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (Vrf) System to Upgrade the Existing Fan Coil Units. The Vrf System Shall Be Integrated Into the Building Management System. The Contractor Shall Follow the Facility and Local Jurisdiction Standards, in Addition to Ashrae and Smacna Standards, and the Washington State Energy Code. This Project is Subject to the Kittitas County Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Informalities in the Bidding.
