Construction of an approximately 3,500 square foot Community Center with restrooms and concession area. 2. There will be a Site Work Contractor, under a separate contract, that will prepare the site for construction of the building and will construct and install the electrical yard and will install fencing at electrical yard. Site work contractor to install all sidewalks up to building. Site work contractor to install all landscaping, irrigation and sodding. 3. Building Contractor to route underground utilities to five feet outside the building walls and make connections to the underground utility systems. Site Work Contractor to prepare final grading of site up to the building exterior walls. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract for the building. The site work contractor will prepare the site for construction of the building and will construct and install the electrical yard, install fencing at electrical yard. Site work contractor to install all sidewalks up to building. Building The proposed Project shall be constructed pursuant to the final construction documents available in Euna Procurement. Bids must comply with all applicable permit requirements. Contractor will construct the Northeast Park Community Building (Building), a component of the Northeast Park Project. The Building will include a community room, restrooms, utility rooms, and a concession stand. The gross floor area of the Building is 3,488 GFS and includes work to five feet outside the building perimeter and repair of sitework disturbed or damaged during construction. The 50-acre Northeast Park is currently under construction and integration and coordination with existing sitework, and the sitework contractor's activities shall be required during construction of the Building. The Scope of Work for this Project involves vertical construction, foundation work, and utility integration and connection to site utilities.
