Maintenance of Traffic, Mobilization, and cost associated with providing on-site supervision by a certified arborist or other approved landscape professional shall be incidental to existing pay items in the contract. Contractor Experience in Landscaping Form number 850-070-09 is required to be submitted with the bid documents. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year.
