Renovation of a recreation facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for removing and replacing damaged viewing tower components in accordance with the construction plans and specifications, contract documents, and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. All work must follow all referenced contract documents, including those attached to the vendor information portal advertisement and documents received with the Confidentiality Exemption Form. These may include modifications, agreements, addenda, terms and conditions, the invitation to bid, drawings and specifications, and permits. Technical specifications and construction plans are available by emailing a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form. All work performed on this project shall comply with the contract documents and all associated referenced materials. The Commission has an estimated budget for this project of $100,000. Site work cannot start before February 15, 2026. Substantial Completion shall be ninety (90) calendar days and Final Completion shall be fifteen (15) calendar days thereafter.
