Renovation of a recreation facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Rippee Construction, Inc., Construction Manager for Florida State University, will receive sealed bids from qualified trade contractors for the CAMPUS RECREATION LEACH CENTER HVAC RENOVATIONS 2025 PHASE 2 Project. Work includes bid packages for Selective Demolition, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, HVAC, and Electrical. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders and other instructions contained in the Project Manual. Bidders should obtain bid documents electronically by request or purchase hard copies from the designated shop. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for all subcontracts over $100,000. Rippee Construction, Inc. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any and/or all bids deemed to be in the best interest of Florida State University or Rippee Construction, Inc. Pre-qualification Requirements: All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. Pre-qualification forms may be obtained by email.
