Site work for a water / sewer project in Hobart, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of December 16th, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project work will consist of the replacement of the existing 275 kW emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at the Village WWTP. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form, amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in their best interest. The attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements of conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid.
