The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids to create a pool of qualified contractors for services pertaining to the repair, demolition and replacement of fencing, gates, operators and all associated service and equipment. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Services shall include, but are not limited to the following: Installation of new fences of varying types as instructed by specifications Demolition of existing fences Installation of new gate systems of varying types as instructed by specifications Demolition of existing gates and associated equipment Repair, refurbish and/or replacement of existing equipment and related parts Preventative maintenance (PM) services for existing equipment and related parts Minor clearing/grubbing of vegetation as needed Detailed maintenance and repair reports Recommendations for equipment replacements, upgrades, or improvements Site evaluations and equipment recommendations Transport and delivery of equipment and material as necessary Field visits, as required, for inspections, diagnosis and repair of existing equipment and related parts (including emergency repair services) Bid-Results:- 1.
