Printed or electronic bidding documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office for a non-refundable charge. Partial sets of documents are not available. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions shall be submitted through the bidding website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
