Project: Dfcm Construction - Invitational - Department of Health and Human Services/djjs - Farmington Bay Intake Restroom Remodel. Only the invited contractors listed are allowed to attend the mandatory meeting. All prime contractors wishing to bid must attend and sign in at the specified mandatory meeting. Contractors not in attendance are ineligible to bid. Subcontractors and suppliers may attend the meeting, but it is not mandatory. During the meeting, a presentation will describe the overall scope of work and the intended project schedule. Interested contractors may ask questions or request clarification about the project and procurement process. All project-related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted to Dfcm via the U3p - Bonfire website no later than the time and date specified. Addenda will be posted on the U3p - Bonfire website and become part of the solicitation. Any changes or additional requirements will be incorporated into the contractor's proposal or bid. Any requests for interpretation of documents must be submitted by the date specified; interpretations will only be made by addenda posted on the website. Product approvals for non-specified manufacturers require written approval prior to the final addendum date; otherwise, non-restrictive products may be accepted if compatible with the design intent.
