Sealed bids are invited from contractors for the Synthetic Turf Field Project at the Holyoke Community Charter School in Holyoke, MA. The project includes the installation of a synthetic turf field and associated improvements. The synthetic turf product has already been procured by the owner through cooperative purchasing. Bid forms and contract documents will be available electronically at no cost. Bidders are responsible for costs associated with printing and shipping hard copy documents if desired. All bids must be submitted online using the designated electronic bidding system. Hard copy bids are not accepted. Required bid forms must be fully completed and submitted as unrestricted PDF files. Bidders must ensure all required fields and signatures are provided, either digitally or manually. Bidders need to input their bid price as a whole dollar numeric value. For contracts involving sub-bids, general contractors must submit the total contract price, which includes sub-bid amounts and general contractor work. Bidders can upload, review, submit, or retract their E-Bid any time prior to the deadline. Timely submission is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must also acknowledge any addenda issued, and failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in bid rejection.
