Renovation of an educational facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The City will prequalify prime general contractors for the building updates to the Kelly Elementary School. Prime general contractors can request electronic copies through the City's OPM, PCA360. Only prequalified contractors will be invited to bid. Filed sub-contractors will be advertised separately at a later date. Instructions to bidders indicate that DCAMM certification is required for prequalification.
