Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Online Portal Interactive Display Panel The Contractor shall provide an estimated 4,500 interactive display panels that meet the following specifications: 1. Size: a. Minimum 65", Maximum 75" b. Minimum 178 degree viewing angle 2. Touch Capability: Must support multi-touch input via finger, stylus/pen 3. Resolution: Minimum 4K UHD (3840x2160) 4. Connectivity: a. Wireless video connectivity compatible with Chromebooks and Windows 11 devices Provide specific documentation related to preventing unauthorized connections or managing wireless displays b. Provide specific documentation related to security in place to protect data and information loss c. Prefer solutions that do not require additional software installation d. Wireless network connectivity (Minimum: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2) e. Multiple HDMI inputs - prefer minimum of 3 HDMI inputs (please include specifications of HDMI ports) f. USB-C input g. Ability to connect document cameras or similar peripherals h. Provide specifications for any additional modules to be included in the display panel 2. Audio: a. Secondary: Bottom of display >= 38 inches c. Provide minimum and maximum cart heights with/without the display panel mounted d. Fully assembled carts with mounted equipment must fit through standard classroom doors. 3. Design Features: a. Locking wheels b. Stable base that has little chance of tipping over in an environment with children. c. Base that balances stability with protrusions that can easily be tripped over. d.
