This bid is for on-call hardwood floor installation, maintenance and repair service, or associated work for the Howard County Public School Systems Building Maintenance department. Questions Due Date: Nov 25th 2025, 2:00 PM EST Online Portal If a bidder takes any exceptions to the terms and conditions of the IFB, the bidder shall notify the Procurement Specialist in writing by sending exceptions to craig_cook@hcpss.org no later than the deadline to submit questions. Anticipated Contract Start: March 2026 Any resulting contract(s) shall commence upon award. HCPSS intends to award a three-year contract with two (2) additional one-year renewal options pending successful performance and availability of funding. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this solicitation. A Bid Bond is not required for this bid. A. Awarded contractor(s) shall furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Materials Bond for any projects during the term of the contract that exceed $50,000 to cover the work performed. HCPSS reserves the right to waive any minor mistakes in the solicitation or bid. HCPSS reserves the right to negotiate or modify any element of the solicitation to ensure that the best possible arrangements for achieving the stated purpose are obtained.
