Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to: - Supply and installation of one (1) 3 m x 3 m x 1.2 m reinforced concrete foundation; - Installation of one (1) 9.14 m Aid to Navigation steel lattice tower and appurtenances supplied by Coast Guard; - Demolition of one (1) existing 7.4 m steel pipe tower and concrete foundation. - Arrange and pay for licensed land surveyor to stake property boundaries, verify location and orientation, and elevation of existing and new tower and foundation. - Arrange and pay for geotechnical testing services across multiple stages of the work. - Restoration of site following construction activities. LL 1430 Wades Landing Sector is a marine aid to navigation tower at the end of its lifecycle and is required to be replaced. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded.
