Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodstock, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 9, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project will not be awarded until January. The City of Woodstock, Georgia is accepting bids from qualified contractors for replacing and installing four fixed generators at critical facilities in the community and upgrading the generator at the City Annex. This includes upgrading the 30 kW generator at the City Annex to a 175-kW fixed unit with an automatic transfer switch and concrete pad, replacing two pump stations at Brookshire (50 kW, 100 kW), and two pump stations at Bell Park (75 kW). Bids must include all labor and materials required to remove and replace the units and perform startup to meet manufacturer requirements and maintain the factory warranty.
