Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Highland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Bid must include the following for the men's and women's side of the facility: installation of 2 new handicap accessible vanity cabinets and granite countertops with sinks incorporated, installation of paddle faucets on each vanity, installation of new 24"x36" mirrors over each vanity, installation of new HDPE shower and toilet stall doors (colors to be selected by owner), and removal and disposal of all existing materials.
