Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Madison, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The City is soliciting qualifications from architectural firms to provide professional design and construction administration services for a new fire station. The facility will support both full-time and volunteer firefighters, reflecting a combination-style operational model. The selected firm will provide complete architectural services from preliminary planning through construction completion. The goal is to enhance emergency response capabilities, provide efficient and safe firefighter accommodations, and address community growth. Respondents with questions, requests for clarification, or interpretation of any portion of this RFQ must submit such requests in writing. All questions shall clearly reference the RFQ section, page number, and item in question. Questions must be received no later than November 14th, 2025. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered. B. Answers Responses to inquiries and requests for clarification will be issued by the City in the form of a written addendum by November 21st, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities or technicalities or to re-advertise at their discretion
