Burleson County is seeking sealed proposals for the procurement of certain road materials, culverts, and erosion control materials for county road work related to GLO CDBG-MIT Grant # 24-065-057-E567. Prices are to be proposed for material-with-delivery only to two different locations in Burleson County as specified on the Bid Sheet. Burleson County will select material vendor(s) based on price and quality of material. Bids must be submitted on the bid form in price per unit delivered. Bids may be held for up to 30 days from the date of the bid opening for review and investigation of the bidders' qualifications prior to contract award. Responses must include the Bid Sheet and the Offer & Acceptance Form (ONLY), and be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked as Bid No. 2025-1021 Road Materials and Culverts in the lower left corner of the envelope.
