Reference Number 0000420859 Bid Intent Not Available Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: The purpose of this project is to provide better access for emergency response vehicles and residents to areas that can become isolated by flows in Skunk Creek, as well as to reduce the regular maintenance needs for the roadway. No Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled under this solicitation All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 180 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 CALENDAR DAYS for internal administrative purposes, thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 300 CALENDAR DAYS. Bonding Requirements - Surety Bond 10 % Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Questions or clarifications regarding the bid documents shall be addressed through online. Minor administrative questions may be sent Procurement Officer, Corry Slama at Corry.Slama@maricopa.gov. All questions or clarifications must be received by the County at least seven days prior to bid opening date The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid received.
