Site work for a development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Sealed bids are requested for the work necessary for the major infrastructure of approximately 6.2 acres in Denton County, Texas. Bidding documents are available for review. Bids must include a certified/cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted. This amount will be forfeited to the Owner if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, either in person or virtually. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder not represented at the pre-bid conference. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
