The projects consist of full and/or partial peel and/or partial removal and replacement of low slope and steep slope roofing, removal and replacement of all coping caps and substrate membrane, flashings, and removal and replacement of roof mounted power attic vents caps. The removal and replacement of existing shingles is included. All products to be like, kind and quality repairs unless noted otherwise. The roof repairs shall be installed in accordance with the attached specifications and strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommended procedures. All technical roof repairs are to be performed under base bid and alternate bids. It is the responsibility of each proposer to provide all information necessary to evaluate the Proposal under the specified criteria, including price, offerors experience and reputation, quality of goods or services, impact on the ability to comply with laws relating to historically underutilized businesses, safety record, proposed personnel, financial capability, and any other relevant factors listed in the request for Proposals. Evaluative criteria are weighted as follows: Cost-30 points, Qualifications-20 points, Reputation-20 points, Experience-20 points, and District Needs-10 points. All other criteria will be assigned zero value. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked using these criteria. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
