Site work and paving for a civil project in Gatineau, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work on Laurentides Street ($3,350,000), Cannes Street ($4,100,000) and Maloney Boulevard ($800,000). TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. According to the owner's scheduling working drawings will begin in mid-/late fall 2026, a tender for the general contractor will be issued in spring 2027. Construction will be completed in summer/fall, 2027. Further update in early 2027.
