Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the repairs to various city buildings as outlined in the bid documents resulting from the tornado event within the City of St. Louis. All work outlined in the bid documents is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be required to provide a project manager or point of contact to participate in coordination meetings (every two weeks) with the project team. These meetings will serve to review progress, discuss any challenges encountered, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and effective execution. Updates should include scope of work completed, upcoming work to be completed, and any issues that require attention. The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service ("BPS") seeks proposals for Repairs to Various City Owned Buildings as a result of the tornado event. The selected contractor will be responsible for all repairs to the damaged buildings as outlined in the bid documents. Questions closed at 5PM on 11/4/25. Answers will be posted by 5PM on 11/5/25 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP) The right of the Board of Public Service to reject any and all bids is expressly reserved.
