Sealed bids are invited for the on-call, as needed pickup of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) for various departments. The contract covers the period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. This is an open-end supply contract, and goods or services are to be provided if and when needed through the contract duration. Quantities listed are estimates; the county reserves the right to increase or decrease them by up to 100% at unit prices. Bids must be submitted on standard forms specified, enclosed in sealed envelopes marked with the name and address of the bidder, and must be delivered or mailed as directed. All revisions or addenda will be posted on the Purchasing Division's website. Notices and copies of revisions or addenda will be provided to bidders in writing, by certified mail, facsimile, or delivery service. The county may terminate the contract when the maximum number of units is reached.
