Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bolivia, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 140,000-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility.
Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections (SI) engineering services are being requested for a new four-story Health & Human Services / Emergency Operations Center building, approximately 140,000 square feet, at the County Government Complex site in Bolivia, North Carolina. Services are required for the building, surface parking lots, and drive aisle improvements as mandated by the County building permit and State building code. A detailed scope of work is provided as a guide, but firms may propose their own based on experience. The County will negotiate the final scope with the selected firm, and the contract will be based on a lump sum covering all fees and expenses. No additional compensation will be made for reimbursable items. Three hard copies and one electronic copy of the Statement of Qualifications are required for consideration. Incomplete or late responses, or those not following the required format, may be disqualified.
