Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Phase I/II engineering services are required to perform work associated with the reconstruction and resurfacing of IL 37 in Mt. Vernon from IL 15 to IL 148 in Jefferson County. Reconstruction of IL 37 includes pavement resurfacing, pavement patching, curb & gutter, sidewalk, bicycle accommodations, entrance and sideroad improvements, storm sewer, traffic signals, lighting and pavement markings The completion date for this contract will be 72 months after authorization to proceed. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
