Site work for a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The proposal shall consist of details for the provision and management of the services envisioned in the Specifications, in accordance with the requirements described in this solicitation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities listed in the IFB and any future authorized, amended documents related to this solicitation. Described in broad terms, the maintenance program consists at a minimum of a Base Bid for Aerating and Topdressing, Fertilizer Applications, Herbicide/Pre-emergent Applications, Ryegrass Seeding, and Dolomitic Lime Applications for each high school's athletic fields. The contract(s) may also include the application of fire ant control, application of plant growth regulator, laser leveling of infields, sand slit drainage, fraze mowing, and sod installation. The school district will be converting the stadium fields to artificial turf over the next three years, and information on this process will be included. If the Bidder takes any exceptions to any part of the solicitation, those exceptions must be included with the bid on a separate page titled "Exceptions to Bid Criteria." Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not required but strongly suggested. Jobsite visits are not mandatory and must be self-arranged with each school's athletic director. The successful contractor(s) will be allowed to work nights and weekends only with prior approval.
