Renovation of an educational facility in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 131,430-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Question Deadline 11/21/2025 All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Jamie Jones at jjones@youngandwright.com, and Ashley Jewett at ashleyj@youngandwright.com at least ten days prior to the bid opening. Electrical. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
