**As of March 18th, 2026, this project has been awarded to United Survey Oakwood Village, OH for $731,695.** The Base Bid consists of the flushing and televising of approximately 94,430 LF of 8"to 15" sanitary gravity sewer. Alternate Bid #1 consists of the force main cleaning of approximately 3,530 LF of 4" to 8" sanitary force mains. Alternate Bid #2 consists of the force main cleaning of approximately 4,505 LF of 4" to 10" sanitary force mains. Alternate Bid #3 consists of the visual inspection of sanitary sewer manholes within the Northwest and Southeast scope areas. The Specifications and Contract Documents under which the work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the office of Wendel WD Architecture, Engineering, Surveying & Landscape Architecture, P.C., 375 Essjay Road, Suite 200, Williamsville, New York 14221 and at the Town of Lockport Town Hall. Alternate No. 1 includes forcemain cleaning of 8-inch through 18-inch diameter and Polyvinylchloride (PVC) sanitary sewer lines in forcemains associated with the following pump stations: a. Tonawanda Creek #2 Pump Station b. Tonawanda Creek #6 Pump Station c. Tonawanda Creek #7 Pump Station d. Transit Road #1 Pump Station 3. Alternate No. 2 includes forcemain cleaning of 8-inch through 18-inch diameter and Polyvinylchloride (PVC) sanitary sewer lines in forcemains associated with the following pump stations: a. Southview Gardens Pump Station b. Sweetwood Pump Station c. Keck Road Pump Station d. Plank Road Pump Station 4. Alternate No. 3 includes the visual inspection of manholes located in the scope area The Work required by this project shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to clean and televise 8-inch through 15-inch diameter Polyvinylchloride (PVC) sanitary sewers in the Town of Lockport, as shown on the project maps and specified herein. The Work will also include all labor, equipment, and materials, necessary to pig and clean sanitary sewer lines in forcemains associated with the specified pump stations in the Town of Lockport, as shown on the project maps and specified herein. Visual inspection of manholes will also be performed.
