Sealed bids are invited for the CRESTON ROAD OVER QUAIL CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT project, Contract No. 300714. Bidders must submit proposals for the entire scope of work as described in the contract documents. All changes, additions, or deletions to the contract documents will be communicated via written addenda posted on the County's Purchasing website. Bidders are required to check the website for addenda or updates up to 5:00 p.m. the day before the bid deadline and must acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their proposals. All bidder Requests for Information are to be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 p.m., 5 business days before the bid opening date, and questions should be submitted through the Purchasing website. Bidders must hold either a Class A license or a combination of Class C licenses relevant to the majority of the work at the time of contract award. Any work outside the bidder's license specialties must be performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors.
