Site work for a water / sewer project in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of improvements to the storm sewer system which drains into the channel approximately parallel to Strickland Avenue between Blair Oaks Drive and FM 423. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, demolition of existing storm sewer, taking down and reinstalling residential fences, approximately 456 LF of Class III RCP, four PSET-CD end treatments, 170 SY of grouted riprap, 445 LF of fence removal and reinstallation or reconstruction, 450 SF of sidewalk removal and replacement, erosion and sediment control, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, video inspection of pipes before and after construction, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony.
