Remodeling of a municipal facility in Vernon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Bid # 8-2025 is for the Department of Public Works Floor Surfacing. Bids must be electronically uploaded; no physical bids will be received, opened, or honored. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Contract documents may be obtained from the bid platform. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid results will be posted on BidNet Direct within 24 hours of the bid opening. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Scope of Work: o Installation of approximately 23x 70', a portion of 3 bays at Department of Public Works, of Endurablend(TM) polymermodified cement surfacing, or equivalent. o The work area consists of approximately a portion all of the three garage bays as designated by the Township. o Vendors are urged to conduct a site visit by contacting Superintendent of Public Works, hlazier@vernontwp.com o All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and under the supervision of the Township's authorized representative. No oral interpretation of the meaning of the specifications will be made to any bidder. Every request for an interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to The Township's representative stipulated in the bid.
