Site work for a communication facility in Manchester Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The work includes site grading and clearing, along with the installation of a temporary construction access road within the Township of Manchester, Ocean County, New Jersey, as well as all other work necessary for completion of the project, whether or not specifically described in the contract documents. All work on this contract must be completed within 45 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bid packets must be completed as designated in the contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project name, and addressed to the Township of Manchester. Bid packets must be accompanied by a statement of consent of surety from a surety company authorized in New Jersey and either a bid bond or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed $20,000. A performance and payment bond for the full project amount is required. The successful bidder must comply with statutory requirements specified in the contract documents, including but not limited to affirmative action, prevailing wage, business registration, public work contractor registration, and any other legal requirements. Vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from participation. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid packets as allowed by law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
