Site work for a development in Saint Bernard, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Sealed bids are requested for the East Delacroix Marsh Creation and Terracing project in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana (Project Number: BS-0037). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form specified in the project instructions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the instructions. Bidders must be licensed in Heavy Construction and/or Dredging. Bidders are responsible for visiting the project site and are only allowed access to designated tracts, as outlined in the bid documents. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five calendar days after receipt. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Participation in state small entrepreneurship and veteran-owned business programs is encouraged. The project scope and specific requirements are detailed in the bid documents available from the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
