Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saint Bernard, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete rehab/renovations to Fire Station 11. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. St. Bernard Parish Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
