Sealed bids are requested for the East Delacroix Marsh Creation and Terracing project in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana (Project Number: BS-0037). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form specified in the project instructions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the instructions. Bidders must be licensed in Heavy Construction and/or Dredging.
