As of December 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Provide all material, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to develop shop drawings for approval, fabricate sign mock-ups, fabricate and install both electrically illuminated and non-illuminated wayfinding signs in post TSA checkpoint secure areas of the Tulsa International Airport. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, contractor's bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of not less than five percent of the bid, made payable to TAIT. All affidavits, certifications, and bonds included in the bid documents must be executed at the time of bid. By submitting a bid, the contractor certifies that it, and its proposed subcontractors, has under its direct control or at its disposal the personnel, equipment, and materials required to execute the project work as specified. Lack of such control or availability of personnel, equipment, and materials constitute failure to properly execute the contract. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds for one hundred percent of the contract price.
