Bids are for the Renovation to the Hasson Park Toilet Rooms. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract and Maintenance Bond for 10% of the contract sum. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bids.
