Sealed bids are requested for city-wide street improvements, including 22,613 square yards of milling; 80 tons of 25mm Base Course; 2,188 tons of 19mm Binder Course; 1,674 tons of 9.5mm Fine-Graded Wearing Course; and 13 ADA Ramps (Design/Build). Project completion is expected by Friday, October 30, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the City. A non-collusion affidavit is required. After contract award, 100% performance and payment bonds are required. Federal Regulations including prevailing wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination, and MBE/WBE/Section 3 participation apply. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
