The Project Includes, but is Not Limited to: Rehabilitation of Approximately 194 Linear Feet of 6-inch Sanitary Sewer Main, 1,432 Linear Feet of 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Main and 1,370 Linear Feet of 10-inch Sanitary Sewer Main Through Cured in Place Pipe (Cipp) Lining. Rehabilitation of Approximately 43 Sanitary Sewer Laterals From the Mainline to Right-of-way. Separation of an Existing Party Sewer Connection. Replacement of Three (3) Sanitary Sewer Manholes. Rehabilitation of 16 Sanitary Sewer Manholes. Replacement of Impacted Concrete Driveway Panels. Installation of 44 Sanitary Sewer Cleanouts. Restoration of All Disturbed Surfaces to Pre-construction Conditions, or Better. Preparing and Executing Traffic Control Plans for All Work in Roadways. Performing Additional and Incidental Work, as Called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Amount of the Contract. The Successful Bidder Will Also Be Required to Furnish a Statutory Public Works Bond in the Amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00). Evidence of Workers' Compensation Insurance Will Be Required Before the Work Shall Commence. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, and May Reject All Bids if It is in the Public Interest to Do So. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a statutory public works bond in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00).
