The submittal of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing design-build services for the project described below. The College reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement requirements, and to reject for good cause any or all proposals upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The Project consists of three elements that include the renovation of McLoughlin Hall , Dye Learning Center, and the Plaza (roughly between Wacheno Welcome Center and Barlow Hall). Although the overall budget, including design, consultants, permits, FF&E (soft costs in general) and construction costs is $14,250,000, the initial budget breakout is as follows: Question Deadline 07/21/2026 at 2:00 PM PT TIMELINE: As of October 27, 2026, a prospective design/build firm has been selected.
