Sealed bids are invited for the "Donna Drive and Diane Drive Resurfacing" in the Township of Oldmans, County of Salem. Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms as specified, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder’s name and address, and the name of the project. Bids must include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Certified Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid (between $500 and $20,000), and a Consent of Surety from an approved company. Failure to submit the Consent of Surety will result in automatic rejection. The contractor must comply with New Jersey Public Contracts Law 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action NJAC 17:27, New Jersey Public Law 1977, Chapter 33 (Ownership Statement), and provide proof of an approved Affirmative Action plan if required. A Disclosure Statement listing stockholders must be submitted. Proof of Business Registration in accordance with P.L. 2009, c.315 is required, and contractors must be registered New Jersey Public Works Contractors. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality.
