Custodial services are required for the district. All vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the specified date, time, and location. There are five types of buildings included in this proposal: Technical High School, Special Education, Central Office, Support Operations Center, and Transportation, of which each type has unique cleaning requirements. 2. Daytime custodial work, especially in Special Education Buildings, requires the type of person that works well with people and is able to deal with the special cleaning problems that occur on a continuing basis. Daytime personnel are required to wear pagers and respond to emergency calls for clean ups, receive incoming shipment, etc. 3. The building principals and District administrators will work with and direct the successful proposer staff on a daily basis in regards to specific tasks to be completed in the buildings. 4.
