Project No. 4225104 The project consists of the construction of an asphalt parking lot with new concrete accessible parking spaces in the general location of the existing parking lot.. Solar-powered lighting will be installed throughout the parking lot, and grading along with a retention pond will be constructed to improve drainage. The work requires the following licenses from New Mexico Construction Industries Division: o GA-98 - Asphalt, Bitumen, and Concrete Construction o GF-4 - Drainage or Flood Control Systems o GF-9 - Utility Lines and Systems (sewage, water, natural gas, and underground telephone cables) o EE-98 - Residential and Commercial Electrical Wiring (5,000 volts nominal or less) Alternatively, the work may be performed under: o GA-98 - Asphalt, Bitumen, and Concrete Construction o GF-98 - Construct, Alter, or Repair Fixed Works Facilities o EE-98 - Residential and Commercial Electrical Wiring (5,000 volts nominal or less) These licenses will be required at the time bids are opened by any contractor bidding on this work. Each bidder shall be prepared to furnish the owner with satisfactory evidence of their competency to perform the work contemplated. The County Commission agrees to carefully canvass and consider each bid submitted. In consideration thereof, no bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 60 calendar days. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the County to accept. inimum wage rates on this project shall not be less than the rates in the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rate Decision No. NM20250036 or the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, whichever is the higher for each trade or labor classification.
