This work includes the replacement of a cooler, the addition of a humidifier and energy recovery units, as well as the replacement of cooling and heating coils for the building located at 170 Rue de l'Hotel-de-Ville, Gatineau, Quebec J8X 4C2. DURATION OF THE WORK The work required under this call for tenders must be completely completed in 64 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The likely date for the start of work is between January 26 and February 23, 2026. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION The bid must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the bid amount. When the tender is submitted in paper form, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee" of the Instructions to Bidders.
