Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of February 12, 2026, master developer selection is expected to take place in May of 2026. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to the end of 2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The base scope for the Project includes existing Station infrastructure owned by Amtrak generally located on or under the “superblock” between 31st and 33rd Streets and 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue in Manhattan,the 31st and 7th Avenue Station entrance owned by NJT, and the Penn Station Service Building owned by Amtrak and located on 31st Street between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue (collectively, the “Project Base Scope”). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Due to the confidential nature of this project, please refer to the owner for additional project information and documents.
