Bidders are required to provide a 10% Bidder's Bond with the bid. The successful contractor must provide liability insurance with City of La Puente as additional insured endorsement, proof of workman's compensation insurance coverage, a 100% Faithful Performance Bond, and a 100% Labor and Material Bond.
